Heritage Manor - Carlinville has led the community in quality, long-term care since 1995. Our facility features 108 Medicare skilled beds, three spacious dining rooms, a large living room, and a private dining area for family functions.

Our facility features Legacy Care, a specialized unit for seniors with Alzheimer's. We also offer Select Therapy, a rehabilitative service that enables seniors to return to the highest level of independence possible.

Heritage Manor - Carlinville is an active member of the local community, as well as affiliated with the Illinois Healthcare Association, the Carlinville Community Chamber of Commerce, and the Lion's Club.
