Heritage Health - Carlinville has led the community in quality, long-term care since 1995. Our facility features 108 Medicare skilled beds, three spacious dining rooms, a large living room, and a private dining area for family functions.

"The staff at Heritage Health - Carlinville is very resident-oriented," says Administrator Jason Jones. "We take pride in the care we deliver and the positive outcomes of our services."

We are  proud of our Transitional Living Center, a rehabilitative therapy service that enables seniors to return to the highest level of independence possible. There is wireless internet service for guest and visitor use within the facility. We also provide a Secure Dementia Unit.

Heritage Health - Carlinville is an active member of the local community, as well as affiliated with the Illinois Healthcare Association, the Carlinville Community Chamber of Commerce, and the Lion's Club.
