Dietary Manager

An opportunity with an established employer awaits a dependable, detail-oriented person.   This is a management position responsible for the total food operations of the facility.  Other duties include staffing, budgeting, clinical charting, and supervising dietary personnel.  Prefer applicant be a Certified Dietary Manager or have nursing home experience.  Dietary and/or Restaurant Management experience required.
