We are looking for dedicated and caring CNAs for our unique health care team.  We are a 53 unit Supportive Living Facility located on the campus of Heritage Manor-Streator.  Our unique team will work closely together in a semi-casual, home-like setting that provides flexibility for each resident’s preferred daily lifestyle, while providing energetic interactions, creativity as well as fun.  We currently have full and part time openings for the afternoon and evening shifts.  We offer 8 and 12 hour shifts, along with flexible scheduling.  If you are the type of person who enjoys such a setting and will enjoy working closely with your residents on a 1-1 basis, than we welcome you to apply!
