Since 1972, Heritage Manor - Dwight has been a part of the Dwight community. In 1992, the facility became affiliated with Heritage Enterprises - an established model of what long-term care should be.

As a certified Medicare and Medicaid facility, we offer excellent therapy, including physical, occupational, and speech therapies. We can provide the rehabilitation that allows residents to return to their homes. Our staff is friendly, caring, and compassionate, providing the best care to our residents in a setting that is healing.

Our facility also provides hospice and respite care, as well as diet and nutrition services. We provide an array of activities and other amenities for our residents to enjoy.
