Heritage Health - LaSalle joined the Heritage family of homes in January 2011. The building is situated next to beautiful Baker Park on Chartres Road and has served the healthcare needs of seniors since 1974.

Heritage Health - LaSalle is a 101-bed skilled and intermediate nursing care facility. The home is Medicare and Medicaid-certified and also offers hospice and respite care services. Physical, occupational & speech therapy services are administered by therapists who have had longevity with the home.
