Heritage Manor - Carlinville has led the community in quality, long-term care since 1995. Our facility features 108 Medicare skilled beds, four spacious dining rooms, a large living room, and a private dining area for family functions.

"Our residents' needs are our first concern," says Administrator Jason Jones. "Our professional, courteous, and customer-oriented staff takes great pride in the quality of care we provide for our residents, and families know their loved ones will receive individualized, personal care when they come to our facility."

Our facility features Legacy Care, a specialized unit for seniors with Alzheimer's. We also offer Select Therapy, a rehabilitative service that enables seniors to return to the highest level of independence possible.

Heritage Manor - Carlinville is an active member of the local community, as well as affiliated with the Illinois Healthcare Association, the Carlinville Community Chamber of Commerce, and the Lion's Club.
