Heritage Manor - Elgin was purchased by Heritage Enterprises in 1989. Heritage immediately added a new living room, dining room, and kitchen. Our facility specializes in long-term care and has a 94-resident capacity.

"Families tell us that we are a very caring and loving staff," says Administrator Linda Hartmann. "We treat loved ones as if they were our own and give them realistic expectations about their care. Our open-door policy promotes communication between the resident, family, and our staff."

Heritage Manor - Elgin provides Medicare, Medicaid, and Exceptional Care, as well as respite and hospice care. We are very proactive in restorative programs, which includes our Walk-and-Dine Program. We are also particularly proud of our extremely low staff turnover. For residents, this means they can rely on an experienced, consistent team of professionals on each wing and on each shift.

Heritage Manor - Elgin is affiliated with Senior Services and the American Health Care Association. We are actively involved with the Illinois Healthcare Association and are a member of the Elgin Chamber of Commerce.
