The Heritage Manor - Minonk, previously known as the "Lida Home," is a convenient eldercare option located in the quiet, bedroom community of Minonk, just minutes outside of the cities of Bloomington and Peoria. As a Heritage facility, the Heritage Manor - Minonk upholds the tradition of providing quality nursing home care for seniors.

"We pride ourselves on being a home-away-from-home for seniors whose care needs have suddenly changed or have become more complex," says Administrator Kim Seaman. "The families of our residents entrust the care of their loved ones to us, feeling secure that they will be treated as family. We are a close-knit group that believes in the importance of treating our residents with the dignity and respect that they ever so deserve."

The families of our residents play a very important role at Heritage Manor - Minonk. In some respects, they are our "care partners" and are strongly encouraged to participate in their loved one's plan of care and individuals goals. In fact, some of our residents have previously had other roles at our facility - as a volunteer or a family member of another resident under our care. We believe this speaks volumes about the quality of our care because some of our residents are not new faces.

Unique to our property, we have duplexes available to seniors. We are also involved in the community. Monday through Friday, Heritage Heart meals are offered to seniors in the community. Additionally, we are a distribution center for "Meals on Wheels."
