Set in a beautiful wooded area, Heritage Manor - Mt. Zion was purchased by Heritage Enterprises in 1998. With a 2 million-dollar expansion in 2001, our facility focuses on medical services as well as discharge planning.

As a Medicare and Medicaid certified facility, we offer respite and hospice care, in addition to physical, occupational, and speech therapies. Our facility is proud of our direct involvement with our residents - we are good communicators and uphold our duties as caregivers. We also keep our residents involved in activities both on-site and within the community.
Heritage Manor - Mt. Zion is affiliated with the Mt. Zion Chamber of Commerce and is a member of the American Health Care Association and the Illinois Health Care Association.
