Serving the Pana community for over 30 years, Heritage Manor - Pana has been owned and operated by Heritage Enterprises since 1996. Formerly known as both Pana Health Care and Barry Care Center, our facility has undergone a complete remodeling in 1992, and is a 151-bed, skilled nursing facility.

As a Medicare Certified Program, our facility includes hospice and respite care services, as well as physical, occupational, and speech therapies.

Heritage Manor - Pana is an active member of the Illinois Health Care Association, the American Health Care Association, the Pana Chamber of Commerce, and the Pana Quarterback Club.
