Serving the Pana community for over 30 years, Heritage Manor - Pana ("The one on Sixth Street!) has been owned and operated by Heritage Enterprises since 1996. Formerly known as both Pana Health Care and Country Care Center, our facility completed a remodeling project in 2009, and is a 151-bed, skilled nursing facility.

As a Medicare Certified Program, our facility includes hospice and respite care services, as well as physical, occupational, and speech therapies.

Heritage Manor - Pana is an active member of the Illinois Health Care Association, the Pana Chamber of Commerce, the Pana Quarterback Club, Tri-County Fair Association and the Pana Music Boosters Club.
