Located in downtown Bloomington, Illinois, Heritage Enterprises' Corporate office - also known as Central Office - is housed in the former Roland Department Store building. The building was renovated in 1989 to restore it to its original, historical condition, including rebuilding and restoring windows to historical specifications and sandblasting the brick walls throughout the building. The building is home to approximately 70 Central Office employees, occupying four floors of the building. Other businesses within the building include: Livingston, Barger, Brandt & Schroeder, Saint Law Group P.C., Ronda D. Taylor Glenn Law Offices, Striegel Knobloch & Co CPA, Goldfine & Bowles, P.C., and BLDD Architects.

Central Office employees work within one of six departments: Marketing, Accounting, Operations, Nursing Services, Human Resources, and Corporate Services & Finance. All of these departments support the individual Heritage facilities throughout Illinois, providing them with supplies, materials, information - whatever is needed to keep them running and serving their residents.
