Heritage Manor - Streator was built in 1964. Our facility was expanded in 1968, and we are currently a 110-bed facility, providing therapy, hospice care, and respite care, among other services.

"Families trust us because of our reputation," says Administrator Janette Strabala. "We have a friendly, kind, and caring staff, and our facilities are always clean and pleasant. We try to be a home-away-from-home for our residents."

Our facility boasts many advantages, including a beautiful memorial garden for our residents to enjoy. Our residents also can trust in the longevity of our staff and the continuity in care that comes from high staff loyalty. In addition, we staff a Skilled Nursing Service in-house, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, as well as hospice care through St. Mary's Hospice.

Residents also enjoy many activities, 7 days a week, both within our facility and within our community. This is just one more way we make our residents feel at home.
