Physical Therapy

Due to a wide variety of diagnoses, seniors enrolled may need physical therapy to improve mobility, decrease pain, and/or improve their strength and endurance. Therapists are trained to help improve overall mobility, specific joint mobility, soft tissue mobilization, transfer skills, and range of motion.

Occupational Therapy

Trauma or illness can make every day activities such as answering the phone, dressing, and bathing difficult. The therapy team works with enrolled seniors to re-teach them the skills necessary for every day living. Therapists help redevelop skills that have been lost to achieve the highest level of independence possible.

Speech Therapy

Speech is a form of communication many of us take for granted until it is lost or negatively affected. Speech therapists improve communication abilities through a system of therapy and assessment of speech, language, and swallowing disorders. They provide patients with the ability to clearly communicate in the world around them.

Therapy Success

The success of therapy is judged by participant outcomes. We are proud to report we are doing quite well. Participants report a 95% functional improvement ratio after treatment. For many seniors, this improvement means returning home. Our therapists and Social Services department work with seniors, families, and loved ones to make this transition as smooth and comfortable as possible.
