Alzheimer’s Care

Alzheimer’s Care

It is estimated that more than 5 million Americans currently suffer from the devastating effects of Alzheimer's disease. It is a slow disease that progresses in three stages, and it is thought that damage to the brain occurs a decade or more before symptoms become evident. Dementia, which is the final stage of Alzheimer's disease, is the loss of cognitive functioning and behavioral abilities. Heritage Health employs specially-trained caregivers to provide care to seniors with this diagnosis. Our Legacy Care unit, located within our Normal facility, is a secured environment designed specifically to treat residents with Alzheimer's disease. You can learn more about our services for Alzheimer's by visiting our www.HeritageOfCare.com

Don't forget!

Don't forget!
