Today is the VIP Open House for Heritage Enterprises' newest facility, Evergreen Crossing & The Lofts: A Wellness Community, in Indianapolis, IN. Evergreen Crossing officially opens to the public October 1st, 2014.

Our wellness community will provide short-term rehabilitative therapy services as well as skilled nursing care for short- or long-term needs, focusing on transitional care. On the second floor of our wellness community will be The Lofts. These 30 apartments will provide an assisted living lifestyle for residents who may need some assistance but can still live independently.The first floor of our community is dedicated to transitional care.
